"AAA" Milk High School Basketball Championships

Welcome! Welcome to the 2011 Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association AAA Provincial Basketball Championships. This is not an invitational tournament. Players and coaches have earned the right to be here. They will pit their conditioning, strategy and athleticism against other top teams in the Province. I am confident that our gym will be bristling with suspense and excitement as each team will leave it all on the court before packed stands of cheering supporters. I offer my best wishes for a successful championship that will showcase superb competition and will exhibit exemplary sportsmanship. Welcome from the Manitoba High School Athletic Association On behalf of the Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association, and its member schools, welcome to the 2011 “AAA” MILK High School Basketball Championships. Over 5000 student athletes play high school basketball making it one of our most popular activities. Hundreds of hours of hard work and commitment have gone into practices, games, and tournaments in preparation for this weekend. We wish you success and best of luck as you strive to achieve your ultimate goal of being proclaimed MHSAA Provincial Champion. Thanks to the host organizing committee for their efforts in organizing these provincials. The support of all volunteers - students, staff, parents, sponsors and the community is appreciated and is a major factor in the success of this championship.
