Nancy's teaching career began with a daily commute to a small middle school in Kleefeld. The following year she accepted a full-time position at Steinbach Christian High School. A few years later she moved on to WMES Bedson where she was a homeroom teacher in Middle years for 7 years. After her second maternity leave, she accepted a position as a French Specialist at Westgate. As a Westgate grad, she feels like she has come back home, and feels privileged to be a colleague of her former teachers. Nancy currently teaches French, English and Christian Studies. She enjoys being able to share her time with students in the classroom, on the volleyball court and on European Study Tours! She enjoys travelling with her husband (Steve Ens) and their children. She plays MVA volleyball and also enjoys cycling, skiing and hiking.
